Refund Policy

Damaged or Defective Products:
In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will initiate a return and provide you with a replacement or a refund, as per your preference.
Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
Change of Mind:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.
However, we may consider exchanges or store credits on a case-by-case basis.
How to Initiate a Refund:
Contact our customer support team at hello@corvorex.com within the specified timeframe, mentioning your order number and the reason for the refund.
Our team will guide you through the return process, including the return of the product.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
